To maximise the shelf life of your products, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity and excess moisture. Our products have been stress tested at high heats and low temperatures, so you will be ok to travel with them.

The PAO symbol (period after opening symbol) on all of our packaging highlights the shelf life of a product after opening. This symbol is an open jar with a number in it; for example, 6M indicates six months. Once opened, the products should be used within this time period as after this time the product quality will begin to deteriorate.

It differs from product to product and person to person, but it will take approximately 90 days to finish The Ultimate Plan when used twice daily. We tested the usage rates of products amongst a group of 30 testers before launching.

We will discuss your skin’s specific needs, your goals, our products and ingredients and the best use of The Ultimate Plan to get ready and radiant for your special day.

Yes, the products have been tested on sensitive skin. However, everyone is different and skin can react negatively to any ingredient, even a plant or fruit extract. It’s for this reason that we display the full ingredients list on our website and in our Product Brochure. If you’re unsure of an ingredient in a product, simply apply a coin-sized dollop to your inner wrist and leave it for approximately 12 hours. If you have an adverse reaction, the product probably contains a raw ingredient that you’re sensitive to, so we would recommend that you avoid it.

All six of our products should be used if you have oily skin. Don’t fall into the trap of not moisturising because you think you don’t need more hydration. Beware of harshly scrubbing when cleansing your face as this can encourage the skin’s oil production. You may want to use smaller quantities of the serum and moisturiser relative to your other products; a pea sized amount of each twice daily should be sufficient to keep your skin moisturised. Our products are lightweight, water-based and include ingredients such as niacinamide which is often recommended for those with oily skin.

All our products are safe and have been developed, manufactured and packaged in compliance with the laws, regulations and guidelines applicable in each country in which they are sold. Unfortunately, as a cosmetic brand we are unable to provide specific medical advice relating to our products. We would strongly advise speaking with your GP or midwife so that they can give you an accurate recommendation.

We have decided to use subtle fragrances in all products apart from THE EYE BRIGHTENER. This decision was made as we want the products to give the customer a full sensory experience. We do not use essential oils as fragrance as these can be drying and irritating to the skin.

Our ingredients and products have not been and never will be tested on animals.

All of our products have been tested to the highest standards for distribution in the UK, EU and US. We have also carried out consumer testing in the UK with an independent panel of 30 people.

Our products do not contain SPF protection. We recommend to use a separate SPF daily; our moisturiser should be applied first and once it has fully absorbed, apply a sunscreen as the final step in your skincare routine. Some of the SPF brands that we love are Supergoop and La Roche Posay.

We recommend using The Cleanser, The Balancer and The Protector twice daily. The Super Hydrator is a powerful serum containing vitamin C and hyaluronic acid which is best layered under The Protector as a morning product. We recommend using The Eye Brightener morning and night and The Revitaliser once per week. The Revitaliser works well as an extra boost of hydration when used up to three times per week as you get closer to your event. It can also be used topically on any redness or breakouts.

Yes, all genders may use and benefit from our products.

We are working towards a goal of introducing refillable packaging across all of our products. The caps, lids and pumps of all of our products are made from post-industrial recycled plastics which can be re-recycled. We chose glass bottles and jars for its lower environmental impact, durability and ease of reuse. Our outer packaging is made in the UK from FSC accredited cardboard, using biodegradable foils. We do not include secondary packaging within our Plans as we believe this is wasteful and unnecessary - ultimately ending up in a landfill.

The ingredients used in our products are a combination of naturally occurring and scientifically formulated ingredients that are non-irritating, non-toxic and highly effective. We do not label our products as ‘organic’, ‘natural’ or ‘clean’ as these labels do not have a consistent definition and do not guarantee a product’s safety or effectiveness. We are committed to using the very best ingredients and being certified ‘organic’, ‘natural’ and/or ‘clean’ does not always yield the best ingredient.

Klarna is an alternative to traditional credit but without any interest, which allows you to split your purchase into 3 payments.
